User Data Agreement
Version 2026-06-22
Use only authorized data
Only enter swimming data for yourself or for a swimmer whose data you are authorized to manage. If you enter data for a minor, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, coach, or other authorized adult for that swimmer.
What you allow the app to do
By creating an account or continuing with a sign-in provider, you allow Swim Tracker to store and process the data you enter so the app can show results, personal bests, progress charts, account access, password resets, and operational backups.
Team visibility
If you join a team, the result details you attach to that team โ including notes โ can be visible to your current teammates on the team milestone pages, not only to you. Keep notes free of anything you would not want teammates to read.
Your responsibility
Keep entries accurate enough for your own use. Do not enter sensitive data in result notes. Do not use another person's account or invite link.
Not official records
Swim Tracker is a personal log. It is not official meet records, a governing body database, or a replacement for records kept by a club, school, league, or meet organizer.
Analytics consent
The Privacy Policy describes a separate always-on cookieless, non-personalized analytics tier. That tier uses no analytics cookies and sends no app account ID.
The consent in this agreement controls only the optional personalized analytics tier. Personalized analytics is available only to classified adult accounts, may use analytics cookies and interaction events, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Data requests
You can export a ZIP archive of CSV files or schedule account deletion from Account privacy after signing in. You can still ask the app admin to correct account data. Deletion may not immediately remove copies already present in short-lived backups.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains what the app stores, how it is used, and how to contact the app admin.
